Refund policy
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions, such as unsuccessful transactions, duplicate payments, or situations where the hotel is unable to fulfil the purchased service or experience. All refund requests must be submitted together with proof of purchase and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, in accordance with our financial tracking requirements. No alternative refund methods will be offered.
Please note that the hotel reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the stated conditions. Guests are encouraged to review all purchase details carefully before completing the transaction.
