We currently offer self-collection at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur, delivery within selected areas in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, and digital delivery for e-vouchers.

• Collection: Orders may be collected at the hotel on your selected date and time slot.

• Delivery (Physical Items): Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout. Please ensure accurate details are provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

• Digital Delivery (E-Vouchers): E-vouchers are issued electronically and will be sent to the recipient’s email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please ensure the correct email address is entered during checkout. Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur is not responsible for delays caused by email service providers or incorrect email entries.
