- Mooncake collection and delivery are available from 20 August 2026 to 25 September 2026, subject to availability.
- Advance notice may be required for collection and delivery. Customers are encouraged to place their orders early to secure their preferred date.
- Delivery is subject to additional charges, which may vary depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery is available to selected locations only. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the standard delivery area.
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery or collection details at the time of purchase. The hotel shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided.
- Delivery dates and times are subject to availability and operational capacity. While every effort will be made to accommodate the preferred delivery date and time, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- All orders are subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to amend product availability or substitute packaging and/or components with an item of comparable value where necessary.
- Once an order has been confirmed, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Changes to confirmed orders are subject to the hotel's approval and availability.
